Funcionários simpáticos, quarto amplo e limpo com café da manhã bonzinho. A reposição do café é muito lenta e pouco organizada. Tive problemas com os elevadores que viviam quebrando (e o hotel tem 20 andares). Também hoje limpeza da fachada no meio do feriado que impossibilitou o uso da piscina pois caía água suja na piscina e área adjacente.

Hotel com poucos funcionários, tempo de espera alto para tudo, nada funciona desde elavador até o forno da cozinha passando pelo Wi-Fi e canais de TV a cabo. Limpeza terrível, meu quarto tinha até band-aid usado no chão. Lamentável um hotel de rede em um destino extremamente turístico não estar preparado para receber seus hóspedes adequadamente.
