The hot water tap in the bathroom sink was broken, therefore there we had no hot water in the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink was also clogged and did not drain. I reported these issues to the front desk, and was told they would be addressed in the morning, they werent addressed at all.

Had a 2 level room 2 bath towels for 5 people then to get them was a process along with getting toilet paper. Upstairs bathroom mirror was gone toilet worked when it wanted. Ask every day for the room to be made up and it wasn’t trash overflowing would not empty. No towels at inside or out pool. Will never stay at Best Western EVER AGAIN!!

Won’t go back
No towels at the pool. Breakfast area too small. Our room was very humid, probably woth the inside pool not far. They did renovations, but everything thing seems to be outdated. Breakfast wasn’t good. A lot of waste around breakfast, everything thing from plates, spoons, knives, forks, cups, yogourt cups, fruits cups…was going into garbage. Good location, easy access, friendly staff.
