MARAVILLOSA EXPERIENCIA EN EL CORAZON DE CANCUN.
Maravillosa experiencia. El hotel está ubicado en la playa más bonita de Cancún para nadar con niños, es una playa protegida por un rompeolas que hace que el mar sea una alberca turquesa con una arena blanca y limpia, sin sargazo. El hotel es muy lindo, la comida de los buffetes y los restaurantes de especialidad es DELICIOSA. El plan todo incliuido definitivamente vale la pena por la calidad de los alimentos y bebidas. El hotel cuenta con sala de juegos para niños con muchas actividades durante todo el día para que los pequeños se diviertan además de disfrutar de la alberca y del mar, MUY RECOMENDABLE PARA FAMILIAS CON NIÑOS. La ubicación en la zona hotelera de Cancún es la más privilegiada, justo en el corazón de la vida nocturna de Cancún. La atención de todo el personal es maravillosa, pero queremos agradecer ewspecialmente al concierge Janer, quien hizo posible que nuestra estancia fuera la más placentera, con su ayuda pudimos disfrutar de todas las áreas del hotel y de todas las actividades posibles, que nos permitieron conocer de todas las instalaciones y sacar el máximo provecho de nuestra estancia. Got there in 8/24/24 upon checking in the lobby was 100 degrees the elevator was like a sauna super hot and humid. Room was n the 11th floor nice view but had a smell to it, very disappointed over all. We upgraded the next day to Altitud Tower it was like night and day. About the food the general buffet was a huge disappointment breakfast at Altitud was good the grill was closed to day out of 4 that we stayed there. If you spect to have a variety of drinks is not going to happen ( one beer on tap ) The staff was great specially the servers. Stay 4 days 3 , we will never stay at Krystal Grand Cancun all inclusive ever again!!!

So let me start off by saying this is an older hotel but the views and service did not disappoint. I had an amazing time at this resort. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make our experience great ( thank you Mario, Pedro, Claudio & Eduardo). Also a big thank you to our consigner Janer that helped us make reservations to the resturants & Spa. The food was excellent, the breakfast & dinner buffet had great selections. The beach front was beautiful and private which made it calm and perfect to relax which is exactly what I went to do. The beds were comfortable to sleep. My only complaint was the elevators. 2 were out of service and the ones working were small and the wait was long and hot. They did say the elevators would be fixed soon so that problem should be resolved in the near future. I would definitely stay here again. Below is a view from our ocean front room.

Great location Beautiful place in general, great food, close to shops, restaurants. However 2 elevators were not working the full 6 days during our stay so that was not fun waiting 10 minutes to catch a ride to Lobby. At one point they only had one working from 6th floor so I used the stairs to walk down 11 floors. Not to bad for one person but the whole family had to walk the stairs. I guess after paying almost $4800. On the trip and being on vacation is something really didn't expect to do through.

Terrible
No servía más que un elevador, súper ineficiente y tardado poder moverse y para el check out terrible, ya que todos lo usan al mismo tiempo. Elevadores saturados, lentos, sin aire y con mal olor. 1 solo restaurante para el desayuno , bufete, llenísimo y mala la comida. Los cuartos sin mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado no servia bien, Camastros rotos. Terrible el estado del hotel y su mermada capacidad de servicios. No es un hotel barato, así que no gasten su dinero de esta forma habiendo más opciones del precio en la zona hotelera.

I wanted to share my recent experience at [krystal Grande. Unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. Here are some of the issues I encountered: • The food quality was poor. • The elevators were frequently broken, causing long wait times. • The rooms had a strong odor of dirty bleach. • Checking in at the reception took three hours. • The lobby had no air conditioning. • Due to only two out of four elevators working, it took about half an hour to get to my room. Based on these experiences, I recommend booking another hotel.
