Comfort Inn & Suites

If my preferred hotel wasn't available, I would be willing to stay again, but there were a few things I I didn't like, that made a big difference in my enjoyment of my stay. I got there really late night to check in and it was bitterly cold and the front door was locked. We eventually found an unmarked button to push, which brought someone to the desk,who pushed a button to let us in. This has never happened to me before. Check in took quite a while and we had to let them charge $100 to my card, even though I'd pre paid. I did eventually get it back. The mini fridge did not have a freezer compartment, so I couldn't freeze the ice packs for my luch bag. Instead of normal pillows, they have small, fat, square pillows, that make it impossible to get comfortable and leave you with a neck ache. At 7;30 a.m., they were out of breakfast bags. Other than that, the hotel was nicely decorated and clean. There is a movie theater right next door and several nice restaurants within walking range and it's a beautiful, friendly historic town with lots to see and do

Very convenient to the Family Drive-In! Everything is new and shiny. Didn’t catch the name of the girl working check-in, but she was super sweet and professional. Room was big and beds were very comfortable. Didn’t access neighboring shops/restaurants because of pandemic, but lots available within walking distance. We had a fantastic stay!
