Worn out

Had to change rooms right away as the toilet would leak and then flush every 30 seconds, the next room the toilet would leak, but not flush automatically but still annoying hearing a leaky toilet. Went to front desk to reactivate my keys as they stopped working and waited at least 10 mins for a person to come to the front desk. The place is wore out, but I guess you shouldn’t expect much from a sandman inn.

Could have been bettet

I was put by the elevator and the ice machine. The ice machine had moments of being really loud vs moments of silence. It woke me up in the middle of the night and I had to wait till it quieted down before I could fall back asleep. The service at the front desk was friendly but disorganized.

The room fan was incredibly noisy when it turned on. We couldn’t sleep hardly at all. I told the front desk clerk and all she said was they are working on replacing them. The guest behind me in line said they had the same issue with their room. Not recommending to stay there until they get replaced. I have stayed here a few times before and always had an enjoyable stay.

Very Good

It was really nice. Only thing that would have made it better was having room service available and having bath size towels. There was a restaurant attached and small towels, so we made do. I really appreciate when a hotel has the basics of coffee maker, microwave & fridge without having to ask. Everything was clean.

-The first room had Vomit in the toilet and room had not been cleaned. -When the evening clerk opened up the second room, it still had cleaning supplies in the sink, cleaning rags were left on the TV, and the room was not cleaned. -Was then taken to a suite and it was clean.(but clerk was not sure if the room was available for the full 5 night reservation) Evening Clerk was very understanding and polite. -Called front desk next day to see if room was available for 5 days was told yes. Manager was very understanding and polite -Manager offered to give a partial refund/discount back, but because it was paid through expedia he was unable to. -Manager offered to email a letter for a complementary room at another time, it was never received. -Was told because of covid room would only be cleaned every second day, over the 5 days the room was never cleaned and garbage was never emptied. -Clean towels were never provided over the 5 days. -Called to be sure manager had the correct email. Email for future complementary stay has never been recieved. -During Covid EXTRA precautions should be taken to ensure a hotel is clean, instead all cleaning protocols appear to have been eliminated..

Great service

The television was broke and they were so busy they couldn’t get to our room, without asking they gave me a deal on the room. I was extremely thankful.
