The pillow cases smells.Then, when we went to sleep there was a couple fighting till 4 am. I asked the front desk to go do something and it did take them a while. Next night the police was there. Bad thing is I was so tired the next day. It does not look really like Hilton by Hilton.

Pretty basic stay. They seem to have taken an older property and given it a fresh coat of paint in a lively color. Carpets, tiles, doors etc clearly show their age behind that. Bedsheets and towels had stains and smelled a bit. Room smelled damp. Room cleaner parked her cart in the middle of the corridor and didn’t care to let people go past her to their room. Breakfast was decent. Very close to Universal parks. Fine for a cost effective short stay. Not sure this is a 3 star hotel.

The hotel was introduced with gym room, but not provided at all. The breakfast is very simple. does not provide egg or bacon while the other same level hotel provides. Washing machine or dryer cost 4 dollar each time, which is doubled conpared with othwr hotel.

The breakfast options were very limited and many things finished very fast. The room carpet was very dirty and the refrigerator wasn’t working and it was very difficult to get it working. There are only two microwaves for the whole building.
