No cleaning had done during our 3 days stay. If you have a car, parking will cost you a lot. For 2 adults and a toddler and a baby, we got a room with a twin bed and a sofa bed in which by turning the sofa bed into bed mode, there was no room to walk.

The location of the hotel is exellent. The rooms although are rather small.....

Comfortable hotel, helpful staff

They charged me £30 extra just for changing room number . There was no service at all. Poor condition room

It was terrible to bi located in the basement rooms with no window. The duvet was non breathable which made you either freeze when trying to get some air or sweat when covered. Both my colleague, who was my guest and I didn't sleep at all. I informed the reception, and would have liked a voucher for another stay in a better room, as we are often in Stockholm, but got the information that I should have known about the windowless room??? The breakfast was fine though...

I have been staying for many times in this hotel this year, all other time we great. but this time was not so great. On our 2nd day, the housekeeping staff came into our room with her master key while we are not ordering any cleaning and while we were in the room. Then on the day we left the hotel, we forgot to collect the food we kept in the refrigerator, 3-4 hours later we call back to the hotel to ask for their help to locate and keep the items for us. We have to call the reception many times to get their attention to help. The information we receive is not satisfying, from the housekeeping did not clean the fridge after we checked out, and they can not call the guest to ask whether there's items in the fridge, and the next day they informed the housekeeping that clean the room after we check out immediately throw away the item from fridge. Fyi, we left well vacuumed cheese in the fridge that have expired date on it and it's newly bought cheese.

Booked a family room for 2A+2C for 3 nights however it's just a bit smaller as thought. Breakfast is included and no question about it - kids love their foods. Great location as walking distance within the city center and/or Central train station. Their way - you need to inform reception a night before if you need the room to be cleaned the following day. Also, room kettle and complimentary tea/coffee isn't provided unless requested at reception.

Location is excellent close to all points of interest and public transport

At an earlier stay the killingly loud sound / noice from the bar music making sleep impossible!!
