Over priced and abusive corporate hotel
Hilton has an app for self check in that Hotels.com defeats by not sending you the actual reservation number. The hotel has a million hidden junk fees. There is a “resort fee” for a non existing resort. Water is $9 a bottle. And hour late check out is $50. The restaurant closes absurdly early. The bar is too understaffed to be useful. They have a convenience store where the staff are so badly paid they ask for tips even though the prices are massively inflated. The amenities are very faux. The couch in my room could have been a sale item at IKEA you might consider for a kids room. The room was tolerable just over priced and the petty fees invade any sense of calm or relaxation. There was not a single time I felt welcome; just a target for extracting more income.
