Disappointed
They didn't have our reservation. They said you and them didn't connect and we had to relocate to the Crown Plaza. They were very uninformative on why. Then when we checked out, they wouldn't give us a bill. Very bad communication.

Give me a break.
The front desk wasn’t staffed. I shouldn’t have to walk across to the Crowne Plaza to check in for the kind of rates we are paying. Also, no front desk means lots of drunk patrons roaming the halls at 2 am. Tough to sleep. I’ll find a quieter place with attentive staff next time.

Nice place, just lacks the basics.
Nice hotel. Everything you need you have to go over to the crown plaza hotel to get. The one thing that caught me off guard is there is no fridge in the room. They have a cooling drawer which is basically an old fridge that doesn’t work. It doesn’t get cold. So we called to the front desk to get one. It only took 4 hours to get one over. Which that was a bit frustrating. The other issue was they were doing some maintance work in the building. So you heard power tools and nosies associated with it on Friday. The location is the biggest thing it has going for it. You can use the skywalks to get from the hotel to the parking garage on chestnut street and to the convention center. Which is a bonus. The charm of the hotel was nice. Nice bedding. But it just seemed like a second rate to the crown plaza. I wish a little effort was given to people staying in the lofts.
