Absolutely terrible

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. First, they programmed our key card wrong. When the manager came up with new key cards, they were programmed wrong. He let us in and said that he would be "right back" with new ones. After 30 minutes, I had to go down to the desk to get the new ones that were programmed correctly. The TV remote had no batteries. My wife had to go down to the desk for new ones. When she returned, the TV still did not turn on. I checked to see if it was plugged in and found 4 cords plugged into one outlet with a cheap adapter and not a surge protector. TV still did not work. In the morning, we found that during the night the refrigerator stopped working. Overall cleanliness was sub-par. The steps leading upstairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The toilet seat was loose, and, the shower mat had yellow stains. They were stains on the walls including on the "painting" above the bedboard. I checked to see if our key cards worked before we left for the day, and you guessed it. They did not. We were booked for a 2 night stay, but we checked out a day early. We did not get a refund for the 2nd day. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Easily accessible to my destination location. Lacked a desk and straight (desk) chair; TV did not operate well: remote disfunction and difficult to navigate programing, volume, etc.

Awful...

I dont usually leave reviews, but this place is filled with sadness and despair. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but dressed in a robe that i prayed to the Almighty didnt fall open. The hotel is in plain old disrepair. Really, really needs better ownership and care. Be warned all ye who enter here...

Dirty room

The room was dirty and a open condom wrapper left in room. Complained to front desk was told I would receive a 50.00 credit through hotels.com. I have yet to see the refund.

Right off the top had reserved a king bed room got to my room and two double beds were in the room.the hotel manger setme up with a king-size suite but at additional cost.not very happy at first but corrected the problem

Check in was easy and they were very friendly. The room needed some help. We had the king suite and was old and worn. Both the upholstered recliners had tears on the arms. The mirror by refrigerator had smears and finger prints. There was what looked like broken pills or something on the floor next to the right side of the bed and nightstand. The bathroom tile had stuff on the floor to the left of the toilet. I picked up some of it just to see if it could be removed or if it was part of the tile. It was dirt and some pieces of toilet paper. The tubs round silver piece that plugs the tub to take a bath was hanging down because it was missing a screw. Tub and toilet both needed a better cleaning. I took pictures of some of it so I would have documentation.
