The room was full of bugs! They were crawling on the floor, ceiling and walls. We could not stay. Had to go find a clean hotel. Requested a refund. Still waiting!

Met at check in by people who may love at the motel. I say that as 1 lady was in her pjs and they had kids running around, and behind the desk. Bathroom walls and floor haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. Bed was ok. Area is shady and felt unsafe. Left before 6am, just to get out.

Comfy bed basic motel
Basic cheap motel. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable and the room was pretty clean except two dead roaches in the room. Very basic room with bathroom no coffee making machine anything like that. It was a sports weekend so everything was booked but it was bearable for just one night with a comfy bed and shower.

Upon check in the front desk guy was very polite. A lady came in and asked for rates and he let her know that there were no rooms available. Entering our room there was a horrific marijuana smell. We were all so tired we just went to bed. In the morning we noticed the room was filthy - stained carpets - stained bed clothes- the walls were dirty the doors were dirty. we left for the day (Military family day) came back and the ONLY thing the maid had done was leave 2 fresh towels and washcloths. - I had to clean the sink, shower and toilet- and we still stood on a towel in the shower! day 2 upon getting ready to leave for Military graduation - seen to cockroaches crawling up the wall - smashed them and left them on the wall - left for the day - came back in the afternoon and noticed the maid cleaning 3 rooms from ours - left again so that our room could get cleaned. Came back at 7pm and the ONLY thing again that was done by the maid was 2 fresh towels and washcloths. the ROACHES were still on the walls that we smashed. . We did pack up and leave and I did request a refund since we had to stay somewhere else that night. I did get my refund however when I called back to talk to the manager he was kind of rude but did say he refunded my money. He also stated that he was going to have a staff meeting with the maids so hopefully they will have better service in the future and I KNOW You get what you pay for but that was ridiculous

Horrible
The GHETTO!!!! People live there, drug addicts in and out of the rooms. Sitting in cars doing drugs. Playing music loud and sitting outside like it was an apartment building. Hotel.com advertises this as the Wyndham and it is NOT. It is the Super Ghetto 8! Unfortunately i did not take pics but PLEASE believe me. LOOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO.
The room looked nothing like this.
