Accommodation description:
Approximately 3.5 km above the village of Tobadill, at the entrance to the Paznaun valley, this holiday apartment is situated at a sunny and quiet location in the middle of a unique mountain scenery at approx. 1,300 m above sea level. The apartment is modernly furnished and has a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, hiking starts right in front of the front door. The owners run a farm and offer farm products such as fresh milk, butter, homemade yoghurt and jams, breakfast is also available. From Tobadill you can reach the most famous winter sports resorts to the Silvretta (See,Kappl,Ischgl,Galtür), Fiss,Serfaus,Ladis and the whole Arlberg and the family-friendly ski area Venet in a short time. In Tobadill there is a lift with 600m length and 3 downhill runs.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
