Stay was supposed to be two nights. Breakfast the first morning. Out of eggs. Out of the cinnamon roll things they’re known for. Out of orange juice. No butter. Like so much missing. Then that day when I get back. The water is off!!! No notice no warning. No signs. Water is out. My faucet shot out black sludge that smelled terribly and then I couldn’t grab a shower after a long day. Asked for the second night refunded and I left.

Great staff- not so great building
The staff were polite and respectful. The breakfast was good and the lady working it was nice and kept everything clean. Our room was not very clean. The bed was horrible! One side had a giant dip/hole in the mattress that you just sunk into. The shower water ran all over the bathroom floor. The staff are good. The building needs work.

Not a bad stay for a quick 1 night stay over
Front desk agent was great. I arrived late but she was very professional and polite. After check in I went back to her to purchase a few waters and gatorades and she remembered me and was friendly. The room was ok. Good size but was dated. The bed was comfy and sheets were clean. The bathroom def needs some updating and we found a few stray hairs on the counter but otherwise it was a good stay. The area seemed a little sketchy but it seemed as if they had a security team on staff.

Needs work. Not well insulated for noise. Elevator makes alarming noises and bumpy/jerky before stopping. Lobby/breakfast area much smaller than usual for a Holiday inn, which made breakfast time very congested. No creamer for coffee. Granola container had 4-5 inches of granola dust in it. No ice machine on 4th floor. Staff not particularly friendly, including front desk. Extremely convenient location if you are going to the expo center. Easy to find. Neighborhood not great.

Hotel is in a very sketchy area of Columbus, OH. I would not go out in the dark there even to just get in my car. Once I got in my room, I used Door Dash for meals and stayed put. Room needed some maintenance, and had very poor lighting. Staff was, however, very pleasant and helpful.

Our 2nd stay here in a week. 1st stay I’d rate 5 stars, even though there was no hair dryer and no parking pass issued. Receptionist and staff were excellent.2nd stay we found our room was not ready. Receptionist was very helpful, but on her phone the entire time and angrily talking to whomever. We were offered nothing for the inconvenience of having to switch rooms. The carpet in our room is deeply stained. It was clean, however. Breakfasts are very nice.

We had a few rooms for our group. All of them had issues, some of them unacceptable. Dirty floors, no tv remote, no garbage cans, a broken lock to the adjoining room which meant that the other guests (not with our group) could gain access to our room. In one case, when checking in late, we were given a room where the bed was still unmade and dirty towels were in the bathroom from previous guests.
