Could not sleep

I could not sleep, stayed in room 106 and the folks above were very noisy from 9-5am. The front desk was notified 3 times and my son had a basketball game at 8am the next morning. Also, the phone in the room didn't work so I had to walk to the front desk and complain the noise. No results or quietness until 5am. I was very dis satisfied to say the lease because the stay didn't care. Also they advertise HOT BREAKFAST but when you arrive, you are told cold breakfast only. The served muffice, coffee, and fruit ONLY.

Nice stay

Older but very clean and well kept. Very nice, large bathrooms. Rooms are roomy and very comfortable.

It was clean enough but indoor pool closed, breakfast bar mostly closed. Very outdated bath. Loud noise in the pipes when you flush. Would not stay here again.

Not worth the stay find one with a pool breakfast

We checked in for a weekend stay the pool was down which was a disappointment for our 3 year old granddaughter upon check in er were informed though they have all the items for breakfast no hot breakfast was offered including the waffles yet another reason we booked the room. The room was generally clean the tub would not stay full for a bath for our granddaughter and the rooms are small no comfortable chair to sit in. And the covers very light for the cold weather though the heat did work. Front desk clerk would be better if he smiled and was excited to be at the hotel. And breakfast was muffins yogurt and cheerios. Not nearly a breakfast if you ask me.

Ehhh

One of the two lamps did not have a functioning outlet. The breakfast options in the morning were disappointing. There were muffins, granola bars, yogurt and oranges.

Not a hotel for people that work the night shift.

I drive an hour to work and booked the room because of a snowstorm. I repeatedly told every staff I saw that I work the night shift. I booked an extra night so I could sleep until 4 and checkout at 5. The cleaning crew were talking so loud they woke me up at 11am. One was in the room next to mine and the other was in the hall right outside my door. And I listened to every word for over 20 minutes before I asked them to please let me sleep. I was never able to get back to sleep. So I had to work a ten hour shift on 3 hours sleep and then drive an hour home. I’ve never had a problem with sleeping in a hotel during the day before.

They accidentally charged my card for an extra night during check-in, but they issued a refund. Still waiting to make sure that comes through, but it’s only been a few days. It snowed a lot before we got there, and the lot was not plowed at all. So it was kind of hard to find a clean parking spot. The breakfast was very sub par. They said it was a cold take-and-go breakfast, but they hardly had any options, and did not have any juice the second day we were there. Whenever we booked the hotel, it said there was a pool, but when we got there, it was down for maintenance. Very disappointing for us, since we had kids. The rooms are a little dated, but they were clean. The staff was helpful, but did not have a professional feel. Overall, not bad for the price. Just wish that the pool was working, and that they put a little more effort into the breakfast. And maybe hire somebody to plow their lot whenever there’s a snowstorm!

The property is not as well maintained as it could have been, a bit on the shabby side. However, I did not feel unsafe in my room. The outer door had a gap that allowed light into the room from the hallway which was a bit annoying at night. Some of the staff was professional and courteous, while others were a bit more gruff and unapproachable.
