I was shocked by all the good reviews because my experience was completely different. The hotel feels very outdated, and there’s a heavy musty smell throughout the hallways, rooms, and pool area. The pool water was green, and there was a dark, stagnant surface of old water around it, which made it unusable. While the beds were okay, I noticed small red stains on the pillowcases, and the bathtub had a dark brown surface that looked unclean. Although the rates are low, the overall condition is more in line with a Motel 6, not what you’d expect from a Clarion brand hotel.
