We spent two nights here in the deluxe double room with balconies overlooking the plaza. The room was large with a comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. The plaza is noisy in the evenings but we were mid week so it quieted down around midnight. Nice little continental breakfast for a reasonable price. Easy walking to the beautiful cathedral and up to the Alhambra. Lots of shops and restaurants around. We would stay here again!

The hotel is centrally located on Plaza Nueva, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and souvenir shopping. The parking garage is tricky, with steep narrow passages underground, but the hotel staff were kind and helpful in guiding us.

Little gem, ideal stay for Granada.
Very central position. Room not big but very comfortable bed. Warm room. Nice toiletries and the possibility to make a drink. Bus stop from the square, C31 or C34, takes you up the hill to Albaicin, where you get amazing views of the Generalife gardens and the Alhambra. Pay on bus €1.40 per adult.

Beds were firm and comfortable. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day. The location is good, right on a main square, but partying at nearby bars goes on late into the night, and the noise can make it hard to sleep.

I stayed for one night and was very pleased. The hotel is in walking distance to the Alhambra and the town centre, many restaurants are nearby for dinner or lunch so it was very convenient. Decent stay
Great central location, but I’d love to give it a better rating. I was on the first floor (European 2nd) on the alley side of the building away from the main square. It was quite noisy until 1-2AM and also again at 6 AM in the morning. Earplugs worked for me. The shower isn’t for tall people. I’m 6’2” and unfortunately, there is a bar that goes across the top of the shower to hold a glass panel in place. It’s about 6 feet. This could be just my room, I don’t know. Other than that, though, the staff was extraordinarily nice and accommodating.

Right where you want to be, a little noisy as you might expect in a city but as a solo female traveller it was great. I have to say the gentleman who checked me in after my flight was delayed saved me when I’d lost my phone and went above and beyond to help even after I’d finished my shift. Property is well located. Seems to be short staffed, only one person manning the main office. Breakfast is offered at an additional cost but is not appealing. We did not eat there. Rooms are outdated and one of the 2 elevators were out of service the two days we were there. Would not select this property next time in town.

This property was great in every category however on check in, I wasn’t really provided and information on the amenities, so staff could improve there. The room is in a very busy area and windows are not soundproofed so expect some noise from outside activities. Bed was very comfortable, which can be a big hit or miss.

Close to everything but quiet! An amazing property, clean and fully equipped. But very difficult to find with no prior instructions even after i sent an email 5 days earlier telling them when I was a arriving. After a 18 hiur journey, we spent over an hour trying to find the place. The contact person did not speak English and he finally sent me instructions to the location and a flower pot to find the keys!
