Nice Stay

Overall a good stay. I was in room 500 (corner room, top floor). Had a great view of the city skyline and mountains. Although it was an overall good stay, it wouldn’t be my top choice in the area. I entered the room and the sheets were dirt. Had hair and crumbs in the bed and looked like dried blood spots on the pillow covers. The nightstand and desk also had crumbs left. I called down and they came and provided new bedding. My only other complaint is that even on the top floor, it was a bit noisy. The room is located by the stairwell so the traffic was a bit loud. There was also a lot of creaking and cracking noises on the roof. Other than those two things, the room was perfect! Very comfortable bed.

First Time in Pflugerville :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. My first time in Pflugerville, Texas. Although the temperature dropped to freezing---my room was great! The breakfast was delicious, and I was able to choose from a variety of options. Thank you to the young lady (pregnant--didn't get her name) she was sweet and helpful when we accidentally dropped our cereal. The check-in was seamless. I travel often and I'm very particular about my rooms--cleanliness, proximity away from elevators, quiet rooms, etc. I personally want to thank Darius (gentleman who checked me in) and the other young lady who worked at night; I didn't catch her name--pretty curly black hair in a bun) who was also pleasant and very helpful. I had to change rooms for a minor issue and when I returned, Darius had everything taken care of. I love that the property is in within minutes/seconds to all things--food, Target, Walmart. The only thing I would've love to experience was the pool, but it was too cold to swim. Weight room--PERFECT! Great staff and stay.

Great front desk receptionist

Our stay was great. When we checked in, Demilynn, was very helpful. She went beyond the normal routine for checking in. She answered all questions we had, plus had information about places to eat, shopping etc. Her personality was bubbly and friendly. She made you feel like you knew her for a long time.

Nice new hotel

New hotel, very comfortable, near target/shopping mall. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Work stations and comfy lobby seating areas. Fire pit area

Perfect stay!

I had a late check-in -- front desk was friendly, courteous and so helpful -- she made me feel welcomed and invited. Room was ready -- I had asked for "closer to the elevator but not hearing the elevator" and they placed me 4 doors away from the elevator -- perfect placement. Free parking was a plus; free wi-fi -- quiet, comfortable, very nice stay. I will stay again when I visit my Austin colleagues.
