Please do not say here. I was charged upon checking in a $20 fee for "incidentals" which is typical for any hotel. However, when I went to check my bank account the following day, I not only had the $20 charge, but two other charge on my account. I did not buy anything from the hotel, so these were unauthorized charges. I called and the lady I spoke with was confused. She said the charges would be credited back to my account. The charges were indeed NOT credited back to my account. They said I'd have to call my bank. These people are thieves' and have zero clue what they are doing. I also got a noise complaint at 9AM that my children were being too loud. The noise complaint came from the same people who were up slamming doors and running down the hallway at midnight when my children were sleeping. I'm appalled. I will be contacting corporate and will be getting a full refund. Again, do not stay in this hotel.
