A great value! Clean, comfortable and pleasantly appointed. Nice view of Grand Traverse Bay. My only criticisms are: 1 - They discontinued their hot breakfast. Now, you have to decide the night before, which of the cold offerings you want and when you want them brought to the door. 2 - Navigating the cable TV system is confusing. We stopped trying to use it. 3 - The second TV in our large, two room suite had a very poor quality picture.

Water and Relaxation
We had a wonderful view of Lake Michigan, right on the beach. The pool and hot tub were welcome since the temp was 50 degrees outside. They had a great breakfast routine: You ordered from a menu the day before, from a choice of 4=5 options. You picked a time for delivery and at that time there was a knock on the door and each person got a box breakfast. We had never seen this as an option before and we loved it. The whole place was very clean and brightly painted.

Second visit. Would return again.
This is a very comfortable, conveniently located property in traverse City. We have stayed here twice when we come for our Fall color tour. It's right on the bay, beach front but it's always too cold to enjoy that during our stay (s). My daughter attempted to use the hot tub, twice and complained that the water wasn't very hot. I did not personally try it but she's a credible 33 year old with a hot tub of her own

Nice Resort, just a Couple Issues
Room was really nice, but om day 2, noticed ants coming into the kitchen, even found on bed pillows on day 3. Pool and jacuzzi were very nice, but jacuzzi maintenance issues affected time in jacuzzi on 2 of the 3 nights stayed. Grand Beach hotel is so close to being a perfect stay for us, but maybe in future we request upper floor room?
