The room was clean aside from the floor, tile and carpets were dirty. Had to get maintenance to bring a vacuum since housekeeping wasn’t available(too late in evening) to use their vacuum to clean the room before we settled in. Carpet old worn, very dirty looking along walls and corners of dining room. After late check in. Minimal kitchen dishes, silverware, pans, and tools. Tiny dish soap bottle. Balcony was big with a table and two chairs. Light on always. Blinds needed to be completely closed every evening for sleep. Sliding door difficult to open. Kitchen was small, 2’X2’ counter to work on. Storage in kitchen minimal all above counters. Internet through hotel was unsecured that was disappointing. They have a “CastOn” program for being able to access Netflix, Prime, etc. had to get Maintenance in to fix. HDMI cable not hooked up. They came after 2 calls to front desk 1 1/2 hrs wait. Living room bathroom ceiling vent fan does not work. Sofa bed linens had one thin old worn blanket. Had to ask for another. Oven had old cooked-on food which I added to. Borrowed spray from housekeeper before checking out. Sprayed oven well. Checking in the agent was very nice, efficient and professional. Checking out, we both ended up not feeling well and requested late checkout. Which they were very gracious about. The furniture was in good shape for its age. The mattresses were decent. Pillows were okay. Linens clean. Like most hotels all the light bulbs were low wattage, added a 150.
