Reserved two rooms, one was ready, they never called me as they promised when second was ready, we had our stuff for second room poolside, security tells me cooler can’t be by the pool, I moved it to farthest area of pool in view out of walkway, security supervisor went over and yanked the cooler and tried walking away with it, I shouted for him to stop, he dropped the cooler and everything spilled out, I asked why he touched my property, he yelled at me saying he tripped over it and I left it in middle of walkway, I asked him to check cameras to prove me right but he said he would kick me out the pool if I didn’t shut my mouth, I called him a liar and again he told me to walk away or he would kick me out, I went to front desk to ask for my second room, got second room, keys did not work, security supervisor later walked the pool area looked to me and laughed, he had some weird blond pony tail on his head with hurt feelings, I work hotel security and I would never compromise an ADA walkway, I asked him to prove his accusation and he threatened to kick me out. I asked front desk for hotel manager contact name and number, after searching a few drawers he gave me a card labeled direct marketing customer support , I said this does not say general manager, he said just call that number and they will transfer you, will not stay here again, many customers had issues before me, from jacuzzi heat issues to pool side rooms not available. Disappointed.
