Super low-key. Laid back n chill vibes. Room was pretty clean. The place itself is a little older but it was remodeled n looks nice. Front desk staff is laid back n nice. Wifi worked decently, better on one side than the other. Housekeeping made sure I had fresh linens daily and didn't bug the crap out of you before 11. Definitely one of my favorite low-key motels in Charlotte.

I booked online and paid, I reach the location after a 10 hour drive, they ended up giving my room to someone else and told me they were sold out. The front desk was rude and gave me a bad attitude. Booked for an emergency as flights were grounded at the airport. Wasn’t expecting a high end hotel, but service was abysmal. The front desk was so cold and rude upon arrival and not much better the next day. Days Inn may be economy class, but this is the bottom of the totem pole as far as condition and service.
