This apartment hotel's location is good. Just about 50 meters from T2 tram station. And it's near Metro line 8 too. Metro line 8 took 12 minutes to arrive city centre Concord station.

I made a terrible mistake in booking this hotel. Terrible customer service felt more like a third-world country hotel than in France. They don't care about you let alone try to help you. Night shift guy WSAM or whatever his name is hung up the phone on me and didn't care what I wanted. Worst hotel in France.
