The room is inexpressible; it is very comfortable. One thing is a bad situation. I had brought a bottle of wine to celebrate Valentine's Day in the room. I requested a double goblet, but the receptionist told me that we couldn't give anything without buying it from the hotel service. Next time, I will come with a set of wine.

It is a nice and big hotel. It is much more expensive than the hotels around it. It does not have its own parking lot, there is a parking lot with an agreement, you pay a separate fee per day. The breakfast was good. We tried the pool, sauna and various places and had fun as a family. Thank you

I stayed 2 nights 3 days in this hotel, its location is very good and the room is well but there are many points must be in concern , first the hotel has no own parking so if you go with your car it will cost more because they make contract with another otopark and you must pay every time you want to go out and it was a bad thing. second the cleaner was not good in their work and I discovered many insects in the room at night and it was a miserable night. third thing the breakfast is not so good , it is a set menu not open bufe as other hotels so your choises are not so much. be careful

The room is really hot, even during the winter. And the AC doesn’t have the cooling option available unless you ask. Luckily the attendant at the front desk was able to get a technician who fixed that issue for me. The laundry services is hard to ask for especially when you don’t speak Turkish and also very pricey. Otherwise the hotel is great, good location, services, and access to many nice bars and restaurants that are open till midnight.

Stay was not very nice. We had two incidents. First the Internet was very slow and gets disconnected very often. When we complained to receptionist. He said he can't do anything . I told him if you can't help us than who can. He said I don't know. I told him that I would put bad review for the hotel online. He said you can go ahead and do it ... Secondly. We order room service for my daughter. Dish was 85TL. We gave him 200TL. He took the money and went did not give us back the change nor the bill.. we had to call the room service and get our change back... Very surprised with staff bad attitude...

Otel girişinden itibaren sizi büyülüyor. Resepsiyondaki herkes her konuda size yardımcı oluyor. Oda servisinden sipariş verdiğimde kocaman bir tabak meyve ikramı da oldu. Çarşaf rengi uzun süre kullanımdan birazcık sarıya dönüştü, yerine yenileri alınabilir. Onun dışında bi eksiği yok, fazlası var diyebilirim.
