Poor check in service, wrong room allocated from request, had to wait 2 hours for a room to become available. Lack of communication.
Room tired and in need of some decoration.
Despite room being made for us & just being serviced by housekeeping, the room was not particularly clearly, the TV remote absolutely filthy.
Every attempt to use services of the hotel such as pool, bar, restaurant were met with inept service and staff, at time it resembled an episode from fawlty towers.
Would I stay again, unfortunately not, despite all the hotel has to offer, this was let down by the staff for me.
I’d like to say it was just a bad day, but witnessed other patrons also have similar experiences to myself.
Staff training particularly in the services they offer & customer service would not go a miss.
I travel regularly & staff in a multitude of hotels, this in my opinion has been one of the most challenging stays in a long time.
