We absolutely loved our stay and cant wait to visit again. Perfect location, not too near or far from town, walkable but quiet. Only hitch is the wifi was very spotty/weak for us; not unusual on the island but worth knowing. TV and premium channels worked well. Beautiful clean unit, thoughtfully designed and stocked, and the staff was so helpful with our travel issues and covid testing. We’ve stayed elsewhere before when visiting San Pedro, and the Isla Bonita experience was our favorite, no contest. We’ll be back.

As of 12/2021, heavy construction next door

As of 12/2021, there is heavy construction going on directly next door. While I was staying at IBYC over Christmas, the construction noise usally started before 7:00 AM. Once I was awakend by a rip saw at 6:37 AM. From the looks of it, at least another year of construction is in store. Not the place to stay if you are looking to sleep late. Other than that, location is great if you want to cook for yourself, grocery and liquor store across the street.

Wonderful property in San Pedro. It is just outside of the main area but easy walking, biking or carting to. Hey tc is quiet and relaxing as it a condo facility with minimal guests. The room/apartment has everything you need to cook a meal. It has a gray balcony/patio with barrier reef views. I highly recommend this property for any kind of traveler.

No Ocean View

No Ocean View. Nice staff. Room cleaned every other day. Nice layout in the unit. Full Kitchen. 3/4 Bath, Living room and large private balcony. Grocery store 1 block walk and a convenient store across the street. Cart parking on the street. There were some nice yachts.

Great value, nicely renovated

Overall great stay. Staff was very friendly and responses to questions via email came quickly. Close to downtown San Pedro if you need/want to be, but it was still very quiet on the property. Only a couple downsides: no parking onsite so you have to leave your golf cart on the main road at night if you rent one. Also while most everything in the condo had been renovated and was really nice, the mattress wasn’t great. (I like firm mattresses but this one was so firm it was uncomfortable).

A wonderful staff of an older condo. Needs some remodeling and more cleaning. What it lacks is made up for by the people and views.
