Service was awesome everyone was super helpful I would definitely return,

I liked the location of the property, I never had hot water to shower in the room, the air conditioning didn’t turn off, there was stains on bedding and sofas and chairs, one of the chairs in room was broken I reported but they never replaced it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pool area was very dirty trash everywhere.

Close to everything, access to the beach, wouldn’t eat at the restaurant in the hotel, the people in there are rude. The night manager was rude and inconsiderate when asked about getting something light ordered to our room for our baby.

Waiters r terrible i sit on a table for 20 minutes i was the only one at the table all tables empty never ask me if i need something they pass by not even looking

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in they took Covid extremely serious (felt very safe) they provided gel, disinfectant booth where you were lightly sprayed with disinfectant & temperature check even before you got to the lobby. They have parking under the hotel. The clerks were very friendly ready to take your luggage to your room. The rooms were big very confortable with a great view of the ocean. Bed were very confortable lots of towels & bath supplies. Rooms were clean but floors could use a good scrubing my feet would get pretty dirty being barefoot. Great for the money your paying I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great location steps away from the beach. My kids all enjoyed. There are a few things that could improve. All staff can be much more friendlier, they are not rude and will help when asked but no smile and very little interaction kind of like if they hate their job. Very clean, Well air conditioned and maintained. There is definitely much more nicer resorts like El Cid, Riu and the Palace hotels but you would be missing out on a lot of Mazatlan since these other resorts are gated and a little ways from the male on life. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars walking distance if you want to go more into the Malecon their is plenty of transportation right out of the hotel never waited more than 3mins for a ride. Check in was so smooth and quick didn't have to leave a credit card on file for any extras I was given the option to pay cash no questions asked, in 15mins I was in my room which by the way are very spacious, however was never verbally advised of services the hotel offered like tours, spa’s, restaurants, Washing machines (which by the way is so necessary specially when staying by the beach). Music in the pool area can decirle much better the playlist was so bad but overall great great resort to stay worth every penny and you will get the native Mazatlan feel by staying here!

There was construction going on, apart from that, it was good.

Great views and location -front desk staff were poor however all other staff were great!
