The property needs renovations. The tile floors look really dirty but the company assured us they were just stained because they were original tiles. The sofa is also very worn and looks dirty, but again we were assured it is being cleaned regularly. The doors around the door handles were also dirty with fingerprints. We sent pictures and we complained 3 times and asked to be moved to another property but we were denied. The first time we’re complained they said they’d send house keeping the next morning but no one came. They offered to send someone to clean the spot off the sofa, but the entire sofa looked dirty so we declined. There is a lot of noise from the streets, so they have ear plugs in the bedrooms by the street, but my husband finds ear plugs uncomfortable. So he had a hard time sleeping with the noise.
