Great hotel with great staff! Only the dinner buffet could improve a little and the food labelling could improve (there were some options containing pork not labelled properly). Nevertheless the staff is super helpful and goes the extra mile to get you any required information and make you feel comfortable. To get to the beach you need to walk down about 2 flights of stairs - maybe not ideal for elderly or disabled people.
