High Quality Cozy Boutique Hotel
All of the staff was kind and accommodating, even before I arrived. I needed to call the hotel with a question and Lucas assisted me very pleasantly. The young woman who checked my husband and I in was also very nice and friendly unfortunately I don’t remember her name. The room was cozy and served the purpose we needed which was somewhere clean to sleep in between events. We came for a Van Zee concert which was close by. The location is perfect to get to A LOT of sites. The thermostat/cooling system had an issue but they resolved it at the front desk. One of the front desk ladies even came upstairs to look at it and when it didn’t work she was able to control the airflow from downstairs so we could sleep comfortably. My only word of advice is to consider firmer pillows because the pillows were very soft and when I put one of top of the other it was too high for my head. I slept fine and this does not change my rating—just friendly suggestion :) I would stay here again! Also shockingly quiet given how busy the streets got. The price for the location was amazing! It definitely should have been more expensive.
