Don’t stay here.
Don’t stay here, they charged me twice for my stay and won’t respond or pick up to speak to me. They will not give me my rightful refund. Very very disappointed and feel scammed out of money which I am.

1 night stay
I wanted a good location for a 1 night stay with my dogs and this fit the bill 100%. The hotel communal area was good, the room was a little tired but linens / towels were immaculate. Had entertainment on, on the evening if you wanted a drink in the bar. Overall not bad

Last Option in Llandudno
Not that great, there was no toiletries in bathroom no central heating. Windows were not cleaned, so basically it’s useless to get a sea view room again no amenities in room which should be there as of standard and they were mentioned while booking and not present. Lift was out of order so you have to climb stairs.

Although it is an older hotel, it still has grandeur and heritage. Ok it is dated and could do with a significant investment but this would probably be at the expense of the atmosphere. We both enjoyed it and the quirks like the creaky floorboards added to the experience and charm. A nice safe hotel that gives you a cuddle.

Second time staying here. Some improvements on the balcony with fake grass and some seating nice touch. New upholstery on chairs downstairs. Greeted by beautiful tree in foyer. Staff friendly the only think I would say is on check in they could do with more than one person as someone had a query which took the attention of that member of staff away from checking in until it was resolved. Need a bell at the bar sometimes the member of staff is around the corner and you cannot see Joe they see you or they are away from the bar and your stood there until they come back. So something that alert front desk as well Other than that entertainment on singer on sort of like karaoke but he could sing. Downside to this hotel is parking and lack of in general. You have to drop on to park outside the hotel as the spaces serve the hotels around. Towards the great Rome there are more parking spaces but again I’ve rarely seen any of these empty on this stay and previous. However you can park in the centre though still hard to find parking but not far to walk to the hotel. All in all I would stay here again.

Hotel was nice in general but the bedroom had a strong smell of bleach. The shower was freezing cold and wouldnt heat up at all. The hotel overall was ok for one night. There is also no parking available which i didn't mind but thought other people should be aware of this.

A Budget-Friendly Stay with Room for Improvement
You get what you pay for, and the non-sea-view room was decent for the price. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The room was a bit cramped, especially with luggage. A few things to note: Wi-Fi: As advertised, there's no free Wi-Fi. This wasn't a surprise, but it's worth mentioning. Mobile Network: The mobile network wasn't great, though we managed. Staff: Our experience with the staff was mixed. While one staff member was less courteous, another was very friendly. Location: The location is fantastic, right by the pier and within walking distance of the city center. Overall, it's a satisfactory budget-friendly option, but there are better choices in the area if you're willing to pay a bit more.

The room and washroom was below average in terms of cleanliness, facilities, comfort. It was mentioned on itinerary that there will be free wifi, it was not. I expected a blue light card discount as I opened Expedia via blue light app.

Unfortunately not GRAND anymore.
We were given a first floor room that was awful! The windows looked over bin storage at the same level, all the blinds were closed but even if you opened them it was as dark as being in a basement room. We refused to stay there and were moved to another room overlooking the road, the daylight was welcomed so we stayed there. Uncomfortable beds and paper thin walls. The whole hotel is outdated, but it’s a budget stay. Fantastic location! So our focus was on outside the hotel not inside.
