Your front seat was extremely rude and out of spite waited until 4:05pmntl check me in stating that the room wasn't ready. They you told me at 2:00pm tjenroom would be ready in 15mins. And they had me hanging out at the front sea for nearly two hours. So they wasted my day when I could have been out enjoying it. So it is highly unlikely I would return.

The hotel rooms are large and quiet, AC worked well and clean enough. No issues there. The furniture is more than a little worn and the drawers of our dresser and nightstand were so worn they didn’t stay shut. Each day the housekeeper come later and later, never replenished the soap, coffee K-cups, sugar/creamer, etc. I had to call down. The hotel is only valet park and if valets are busy, you can wait more than a few minutes. There is a RESORT FEE, but we never used the pool

It started poorly. Arrived at 4:30 PM and room wasn’t ready. Had booked a king bed and told we were upgraded to too a two bed room. We objected and finally got a room around 5:30 PM. Housekeeping was inconsistent. It was strange the bottom sheet on the bed was not fitted. On the positive side other services, valet and bar were excellent.

Incredible waiter/bartender Abram. Constantly ran out of clean pool towels. Not enough help at bar and pool. Deck not hosed off in 4 days there. Bar soap not left in room any days had to ask. Great valet workers. Friendly check in.

The overall experience was fairly good but they’re severely understaffed. The lower rating is mainly the inefficient management of staff allocation. I have to say though, the staff there had great attitudes even though they were short staffed.
