There was cigarette burns on the carpet, paint peeling off the ceilings and walls, even the bathtub paint peeled off onto my shaving razor…. The staff was decent but the room could’ve been better for the price that we paid for the room.

Once again, it lived up to its reputation as the worst place to stay in Duncan. Property is poorly maintained and in need of fixing up in almost every respect. The only reason I stayed there is because my other choices were sold out. When we checked in, I think we were the only guests on the entire property.

Check in staff was great. Lots of hot water, but the shower curtain needs to be raised some so its not sitting in the bottom of the tub. Fridge and ac worked awesome. Comfortable and clean for a good price, would stay there again for sure. Sign not saying OYO anywhere made it difficult to find though

Nice staff. Outside of building needs work (ceiling falling down in outside hallways). In all fairness, there was a construction worker there as I was leaving to repair the falling ceiling panels. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but still well worth the money. Great Mexican food restaurant and bar sharing the same parking lot.
