YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
The only reason for the rating is there was a roach, tv did not work, one of the lamps wasn't plugged on and the other lamp was facing the wrong direction( lamps of which weren't that trouble to move). Couldn't find the switch to the lights above the shower and bathtub/ jetted hot tub. The bathroom and room were clean though. Front desk was kind and fast so no complain there. Great vanilla latte!!!! Recommend!!!

There was a loud screeching sound during all hours of the night, possibly hot water pressure, so did not sleep well. I checked in very late, was about to fall asleep and the check-in person called me to say they forgot to add parking charges of $15 and my card was locked. I said ok, I will pay in the morning, (they have my deposit of $150) this was not necessary to call me like that at midnight. The following day, my bank said there was a charge declined because someone was trying to shop online with it. They entered wrong cvv code fortunately. However, I believe the person who checked me in stole my card information. I have not had this issue before, and this person was the only one that physically held my card in many months. (Behind the counter for a long time) I will be speaking to management about all of this soon. I have been very busy on a business trip.

Bring your own pillows and blankets
Place is okay for the price and the location. Staff was nice, water pressure for the showers is good, free coffee in the lobby tastes way better than the coffee other places give you to make in your room. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows were a bit hard and there was not enough blankets or covers for the beds.

Great value for the quality
Close to freeway and Pasadena. For the price this was a great stay. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Beds needed better bedding and more pillows. Front desk was welcoming but we checked in close to midnight and asked for a late check out and they said they don't do late check outs. Paid $15 for parking which was open and unsecured-

The front desk service was terrible. I called ahead of time to tell them I’ll check in around 7pm. We arrive with 2 little kids and there is nobody at the front desk to check us in. There is a note that says we will be back in 30 min. No bell to ring. We waited for over an hour in the lobby with 2 little kids who needed to go to bed before they can check us in. Other guests were waiting too and everyone was frustrated. After traveling all day, we needed our hotel room to come and rest and we did not get the service we expected. Very disappointing!

Only one night stay. No breakfast but good options for coffee, hot chocolate and few other juice beverages. Safe parking and good room with comfortable beds. would recommend if you are looking for reasonable/cheaper option without breakfast. Additional $15 per night charge for parking.

We had a good stay at Glendale Hotel. The location was perfect for all our of Rose Parade-related activities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated the multi-option coffee machine in the lobby on our early mornings. Staff was friendly.

Hotel location was great, ample parking, clean lobby, specious room, but the bed and pillows were awful. The pillows were paper thin and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We both slept like crap.
