A fantastic apartment! Great value for money, in a safe and convenient location, a short walk into the city centre. The facilities in the room are fantastic, you could live there! The only problem was the extremely soft pillows that made sleep uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect. We will be back!

Excellent city break apartment
Overall we were very impressed with our apartment. Just a couple of minor points. There was a breakfast bar but the stools were far too low for us to eat comfortably. Instead we ate at the desk but there was only one chair at desk height and no easy chair at all to relax in. Otherwise the apartment was exceptionally well equipped, free coffee in the reception area and very helpful staff. We were on a short walk from a huge shopping mall with a huge Carrefour hypermarket and from there the train station was very close. We also made use of their underground car park. We have done a lot of city breaks and found Krakow refreshingly different. This was our first visit to Poland but we very much hope it won’t be our last.

Fantastic studio apartment.
Fantastic studio apartment. Immaculate and well stock with kitchen ware. Easy walk from main bus/train station. Easy walk to Old Town and access to trams/buses. Staff was very helpful. We only had one night here at the end of our trip but will think of this first if we return to Krakow.

We booked a 3 room apartment. It was huge, well presented and clean. Great location as well, an easy walk down to the old town and tram.stops right near by if you want to go further The reception staff were really helpful, sorted out trip booking for us and generally were as helpful as you could possibly be. A hidden gem.
The Aparthotel was a perfect place to stay as I visited Kracow. Having a full kitchen and sitting room made my week very comfortable and low stress. It was only a 10 minute walk from old town and the mall. The best part. was the staff who were always kind, accommodating, and endlessly helpful. They gave me directions, printed tickets and gave me great advice on how to tour the city. Anyone who is going to Kracow should book here without question.

Perfect apartment at perfect location within walking distance to the old town. It is new, fully furnished and is in general very nice. Staff at the reception is extremely nice and friendly. Great location and apartment was very modern
We had a lovely stay. It would be helpful to have a armchair instead of sitting on bed to watch TV. The mattress was a little uncomfortable but the reception service and support was great and the apartment was very clean. They even helped arrange taxi pick up from airport and our trip to Auchwitz and Birkenhau.

EXCLUSIVE APARTHOTEL LUBICZ 40
Apartment was clean , comfortable, affordable and staff were friendly and accommodating. The apartment complex is a short 10 minute walk from the centre, so not far atall. We arrived early and weren’t able to check in early however we were able to use the toilets to change and were able to leave our bags securely before we could check at 2pm. It is a very busy road and therefore would advise to not leave windows open through the night if you want a good nights sleep, the rooms are very warm and it was around 16 degrees on the day we arrived too. All in all a good stay and would rate an 8 out of 10.
