The Peak Hotel

Nice hotel and clean rooms, size is ok as I didn’t spend much in there. The location is great, just steps away from İstiklal street. Things I didn’t like was the loud noise Cause of the construction from 9 in the morning. Also some of the staff were a bit rude, but most were lovely. I was there during the Curfew and after 20:00 we can only get takeaways and eat them somewhere, so I got the food and trying to eat it In the hotel and one of the staff said you’re not allowed cause the restaurant is not part of the hotel. Apart from that it was good

The design is what attracted me to the property, as well as the price. It is also a good location.

The staff went out of their way to help you out when you need it or didn’t even ask

A very disappointing stay at the Peak Hotel, the rooms are definitely not as described this is suppose to be refurbished but it just looks tired and shabby looking, bedding poor quality, carpets definitely need a deep clean, not to mention the continuous noise of building work, and party central in corridors. No spa or pool, open and the restaurant, only now serves drink, no food. Please think again if you’re booking this hotel, the only thing it does have going for it is friendly staff, and that’s sometimes hit and miss too.

I like the hotel good service, airplane United they invite just 2 times food? And the airplane doesn’t have phone charger and is not good movies

Location is good but staffs are needs more training

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The manager named Osman was very rude. The room was very tiny. You can smell cigarettes everywhere in the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable. The worse thing was the noise. We couldn’t sleep at all. The music was on until 4am and after the noise from the delivery lorries or vans. Will not use again
