Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Kelowna

Safe was very friendly , hotel was clean, and the pillows & bed were super comfy!!!

My stay was going well until I went to have a shower. There was long black hair on the shower wall. It wasn't very reassuring as to the actual cleanliness of the facility...especially during COVID. :(

Family Vacay. Super. Breaky was good. There’s an Indian Restaurant very close and really good.

We chose this hotel for location close to business we needed to conduct. The room was very quiet - no traffic noise from the windows even though right on a very busy highway. Our room was right by the elevator and we heard nothing from the elevator either. Due to COVID none of the hotels anywhere have much in the room for amenities. My only issue with this hotel is there is nowhere nice to walk first thing in the morning. It is definitely in the middle of major roads and strip malls. It is a long drive from the downtown core. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Hotel’s staff are friendly . Room is clean , but but but washroom need to be renovated absolutely, especially toilet .

Customer service was spectacular. The water slide had made this trip completely memorable. Will definitely make a trip again:

Nice hotel but I was disappointed in their inability to maintain mask protocol, as well, the sanitizing stations within the hotel were not kept up. The one at the back door eas never replenished my entire stay as I always used this door. I was also NOT advised there would not be housekeeping so was not pleased about that. Breakfast was well organized as far as how it was served, but not enough staff to keep the people moving....huge....long lines Also, staff was not familiar with, nor a bit helpful with Hotel/Expedia issues I had

We had a blast and couldnt have been happier :)

This hotel has been renovated and shows well, I would for sure stay here again, it's pretty central to everything in Kelowna.
