Beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was EXCELLENT.. BUT the toilet ran 24/7, the ceiling and walls in the bathroom were soaked from water leaking in the walls. There was a 2 inch gap in the floor and the front door, 1 towel for 2 people. Multiple holes in the walls .. there was even a band-aid covering a hole and it was painted over. A lot on malingering people outside hotel. This place was one of the top 3 WORST places we have ever stayed !

The location was great and very easy to get to downtown. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It is a budget motel so it is old and the room we were in needs a makeover but it did the job. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and professional, the rooms were just terrible however. I say this without hate in my heart because it is a very cheap place so you get what you pay for. However, be prepared for your room to smell like cigarettes, the tub has a massive patch in it, a crackhead knocked on my door at 4:30 am looking for a dollar, and the sink had burn marks on it. Cheap, great staff, great price, horror show room.

Pros: cheap. The room itself was clean, but poorly maintained. Conveniently located to downtown. Really nice coffee shop a block away called Sapor. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked quite well. Cons: people smoking meth right outside the front door. No joke. Parking can be challenging. Checked out a day early, was not able to get even a partial refund. The continental breakfast consisted of white bread to toast, some muffins, and cereal. The orange juice dispenser dispensed orange-tinged water. Paper towels are more substantial than the bath towels.

Downtown Denver and several sports arena were within walking distance for me. There's plenty of early morning bakery, local lunch spots, and bars in the area. Great views of downtown at night if you're on the right side of the building and the weather is right. I would definitely return to this hotel but there are a lot of things that could have been better, and cleaner.
Burnt curtains. No pillowcases. Dirty towels.

The rooms are pretty somewhat clean. Everything may not work and the staff may not care. Lot of drug users and dealers in the area and the current front desk staff treated me in a condescending way and put me in the wrong hotel which resulted in a headache every time I checked in. The last day I bought the right room and it was leak. Point if your looking for motel hotel thats close to the stadium and close to Denver and close to the walking path with beautiful views from the highlands then this hotel motel isn't a bad choice.

I stayed at the same hotel a year ago and it was basic but fine. It’s gone downhill fast in the last 12 months. The place has a very sketchy vibe now. I’m not one to write a bad review usually but this hotel actually feels unsafe and i would strongly recommend to avoid. Which is a shame as the location for Downtown is great
