Comfort Inn & Suites Convention Center

Excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff! The bed was absolutely just right!

Breakfast could be improved for quality and freshness of food. Front desk staff was awesome. We got a weird phone call 6am with someone asking for info. Hotel is aware but limited in ability to resolve issue with outside callers. Otherwise very nice stay.

Overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Lady who checked I’d in was distracted by something on the computer And lacked interpersonal skills. Otherwise the room and hotel were fine.

I was wrongly Informed by a staff member at this locarion that it was the correct location to book a room with my daughter's soccer team. When we arrived we were immediaty informed that teams with the soccer tournament were at a different location, that my reservation was nonrefundable and that nothing could be done about it. Customer service at their parent company Choice Hotels was also unhelpful and disappointingly. The room smelled like smoke despite being listed as a nonsmoking room and there was lots of street and other outside noise at night. The free breakfast was so bad we paid to eat elsewhere both mornings we were there. I do not recommend this hotel.
