Great location and friendly staff. Recommend!
It was a nice place to stay and comfy. Breakfast was good and a very friendly lady in the reception who gave us information about where to go or what to do. Check out time 12 - we liked that. It was also possible to check in earlier than we expected. The location is close to the old city and the markets.

Property was in a good location to access all Riga has to offer. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean and functional although could have benefitted from providing additional pillows and air con/fan as they were very well insulated - almost too much so and you couldn’t have the window open due to the street noise from the surrounding bars. Neighbours from hell
The main problem was the location. Though on a map it looks convenient for transport (near the railway and coach stations and the bus to the airport) and for the old town, what the map doesn't say is that it's next door to backpackers hostel and Australian pub, which combine to cause huge amounts of noise at night. You can't sleep in a room at the front of the hotel without keeping the window tight shut - the noise goes on well into the early hours of the morning. The (supposedly) double room was small and not in great condition. Breakfast was adequate
