Worst hotel to ever stay at. Beware!!!!

Worst hotel to stay at. There is no daily cleaning. We went to the front desk to ask for some replacement towels 3 days into our stay and they told us some one would bring it to our room. An hour later, we called down and asked again. They said someone would bring it up. Another hour goes by and still nothing. By then we gave up and left to go on our tour for the northern lights. If you want to eat breakfast be aware that breakfast is 6am-9am. Shortest breakfast time ever. Also, at around 8:15-8:20 am, food starts running low so when you ask the staff for more food, they tell you there is not enough time to make more food. They did not anticipate so many people coming down at once at around 8am. Come on, use your common sense. Break time is only 3 hrs long. Many people go on northern lights tour and don’t come back to hotel until 2-4am. Many people will not wake up until 8am. Then the other thing is that breakfast selection is a joke. Biscuit, gravy, and eggs. That’s it. Pathetic. Lastly, the staff there is another story. We saw a lady ask the cleaning staff for some towels and the cleaning lady was very hostile towards here. My wife even saw the cleaning lady cussing at the lady after she left. Then there is the issue with the new GM and here staff at the hotel. I’ve seen in 4 occasions that different staff were complaining that they got reprimanded by their new GM for doing nothing wrong. One lady got fire and was calling osha to make a complaint. All in front of us

Great Service!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Without a doubt, this is the cleanest hotel room we have been in. The hotel staff were very courteous and were constantly on the move taking care of guests. The service was always very prompt. Missy and Paige were especially helpful with their local knowledge and ensuring our comfort. We truly enjoyed our experience at this location.

It was close to area restaurants. Cab service was there within 5 minutes. I was unhappy that we didn't get to do the dog sled rides. They wanted me to change my date to the next day and I couldn't cause we had to catch the plane. How do I go about getting my money back from Expedia?

Close to shopping but rather noisy. We were by back door so it slammed open at shut all hours of the night. Staff the best and very friendly

Staff was super friendly, services like shuttles were available 24/7, rooms clean. Easily walkable distance to restaurants and stores.

The staff is amazing and so helpful and friendly! The hotel was clean and tidy. I just recommend improving the shower, it was the worst showerhead ever. This is unrelated to the hotel but keep in mind that on Christmas day every single restaurant and shop is closed, which made it difficult to find a place to eat (we didn't know this information beforehand).

When I checked in, I was told because the rooms were overbooked, there were no rooms for us, and then they let us to go to another hotel, which looked worse. And because we had 4 people, we booked 2 double queen size bed rooms, but when we arrived at the hotel they sent us to, they only offered us one king size bed room.
