In particular, the attitude of the receptacle at check-in is important enough to determine the first impression of the hotel, and the first impression of this hotel was good. Also, the concierge (bellboy) and the staff at the restaurant were friendly (visiting and experiencing all the restaurants in the hotel). The Mogambo Spa was also good because it was a new atmosphere different from other places in Plantation Bay. All the staff I encountered walking around the resort welcomed me with a smile, and these experiences left a very good memory of the resort. And on the first day, I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool, which was the reason I came to this resort because it rained so much, but I think it's a great merit to be able to enjoy the swimming pool even after checking out. This is because the weather in Southeast Asia cannot be predicted.
"However", there are two things that are regrettable. Such good experiences during stay from check-in are offset at check-out. The female staff at the check-out table wasn't very friendly and didn't even say goodbye or thank you for staying. The moment I checked out, I felt like my fantasy about this resort was broken. Furthermore, the attitude of the female staff at bazarr, who was heard after checking out to buy resort souvenirs, deleted the good memories of their stay. I didn't welcome guests when they came in, I hummed alone when I paid, and I wasn't very friendly.
