You get what you pay for honestly. The wifi doesn't work, the heater isn't on in the hallway so the thermometer was reading 52 degrees inside. It has a funny smell throughout the building as well. My key card stopped working twice throughout my two day stay and I had to go up to get them fixed.

Horrible stay!!!
There was no heat or electricity on one side of the room. They also did not have extra blankets so we could warm up in the cold room. There is also a lot of drunk people in the hall ways and out in the parking lot. When I was getting my kids out of my car a guy who seemed intoxicated approached my car and tried to talk to my young children. In the morning a house keeper did not knock and just walked into my hotel room.

I checked in and checked out wirhin 30 mins. There was no mention of an entire hotel renovation. It should be unavailable completely. There were holes in the bathroom doors, hair dirt and dust on the floors, white crusty stuff on the fridge the freezer has 2 inches of ice build up, my kid flicked a black bug off the bed, the smoke detector was hanging by a wire, the door closed had a 1 inch gap all the way around you could feel a cold draft come right through it. Not to mention see the outside hallway light come through it. It smelled of mold and stale cigarettes so bad both i and my son got instant headaches. Were not fussy people by anymeans but when a 10yr old says he doesnt feel safe in a room we packed up and left. It was terrible. And not to mention the front desk lady was not having a good day. She was very argumenative when i brought my key cards up to leave.

Find someplace better to stay
The first room we were in was terribly smoky- smelled like cigars. The staff was apologetic and switched our room. The room was awfully hot. The temperature was not adjustable. We were offered a box fan. My daughter and I watched a man urinate in the hall.

They are in the process of renovating, and this hotel needs it desperately! We had 12” cut in the carpet near the sink area. The floor tile grout was dirty and dingy, which was no fault of the housekeeping staff, it was probably as clean as it could be. Most of the plug-ins were inoperable. The ice machine did not work. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and this one ranks as one of the worst, especially for the price, it really should have been half of what we paid. We’ll stay elsewhere next time we’re in Fargo.

I was informed at chexkin that there was remodeling but my room had an extremely dirty vent, musty smell. Restaurant attached only had bar pizza and hot dogs. Staff poorly trained and overcharged but promise correction. Needs improvement!

Don’t stay here!
This was the absolute most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Cigarette burns on comforter and carpet. Mold on ceiling in bathroom along with greasy hand prints on the wall. Stains on sheets, box spring, and bed skirt. This was unbelievable.

Property is run down. Pool and hot tub down which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. Pet charge was double what we usually pay for our dogs. Lots of vagrants around asking guests for money, and living there in vans or for free. Garbage bags and bowls of food dumped outside. Nice to have a bar onsite with a casino. Hotel has no elevator and about 25 stairs up to the second level so hard to carry a bunch of stuff and make multiple trips. Hotel is broken up into several buildings so hard to find room as well. Mold and ceiling damage, sinks/toilets clogged
