La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Olathe

We got in late for our stay. Didnt pay attention to the blankets till the morning when we kept smelling urine. We turned the lights on and there was urine on the comforter. It looked as if they just flipped the comforter over. There was 2 big spots and blood spots as well. We took pictures but it was hard to tell. We brought the comforter down to the front desk and showed them. They apologized and said we couldn't have a refund because we booked on line through a 3rd party. We will never stay at a la Quinta again. Absolutely disgusting

Our stay was ok. Have definitely had better experiences elsewhere. We stayed 2 nights housekeeping never came so we had to go get our own fresh towels and did not get anymore cups for coffee. The shower did not get very warm and the tv only worked about half the time other than that it was an ok stay for the amount of time we were actually in the room.

Quick easy check in beds not so comfortable but slept well anyway

There was ONE PERSON running this hotel! No one was at the front desk when we arrived....had to wait about 10 min. TV in room didn’t work....poor gal had to come and fix it. Room door didn’t shut properly.....had to slam it shut and lock it to keep it shut.

Run down and dirty. Staff is invisible. Obvious maintenance neglect.

Our room was extremely clean. However, the bed was extremely soft.

Room smelt like urine and the bathroom really needs updating, shower head was bad.

The Mattress was older than i was. I got up the first morning and there was an indentation where I had laid, we left for the day and when we returned at about 5pm the bed was not made, the indentation was still present. We didn't ask for another room because we were only going to be there for 1more night and didn't want to have to pack up and move. They didnt leave any fresh shampoo or conditioner as the bottles were small anyway. It seemed we and the other guest, the hotel was by no means booked completely, were all placed all in one area of the hotel and well you know how people can be about others peace and quiet. So didn't get much sleep either. The room was cold and clammy, don't know how often they clean their ac's. I don't think we would stay there again, disappointed for it being a La Quinta.
