Adaquate stay. It's a little far from the highlights of town but there are tons of trikes running all the time so wasnt a problem. It's a massive resort so if that's your thing then this is the place for you, all the pools were clean. Seemed like a good family destination. Great staff.m, very friendly. ok food, food/drink servers take forever though. My only gripe is in 6 days noone cleaned my room despite me putting the sign up multiple times. But over all a good place, great if you have little kids for sure.

Disappointing private beach
Almost perfect, if it wasn’t for the dirty private beach. Quite unfortunate that it wasn’t cleaned, though it would take them a short time. The effort was not there at all. Besides that, everything else was sublime

They need to improve the quality of the service
We had lots of problems in this hotel. I already submitted the review with all the problems we had. Some personal were nice and friendly, others at the reception dropped the receiver on us.
