Great location in Earl's Court, with the underground station just down the street and around the corner. There were good restaurants and pubs in the area. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Ramiz who truly wanted us to have a good, comfortable stay. Very nice hotel and we would stay here again.

The facilities were in good order. The staff were friendly and efficient. Room was compact as expected, but the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Good location a couple of minutes walk from Earl's Court underground station. Would happily stay here again.

The Staff at Ellen Kensington was not only polite but very personable as well! As with any hotel, there were a couple of glitches with our room but they were quickly resolved by the staff. As a former business owner myself I was very pleased how open they were to feedback that I had regarding a couple of areas. We were there for our 12 day stay in London and each day when we came back to the hotel it felt like we were coming back home when we were greeted by the staff. The included breakfast was excellent and the linguine dinner we had was very tasty as well. We probably won't have a chance to return to London but if we did we definitely would consider staying there again!

The Ellen Kensington is the perfect hotel for a London tourist. First of all, the location to a great tube station, makes commuting all over town a piece of cake. The neighborhood is also filled with fun pubs, restaurants for every taste, grocery stores, and more. We originally planned to stay five nights, but extended our stay for all nine nights in the London area. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The room fridge was helpful too. The dining room is lovely and the breakfast is amazing - a full buffet offering a wide selection of food, from traditional English breakfast to more American and continental choices. The entire staff was very welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London!

The Ellen is located on a quiet block adjacent to a (private) park so there is plenty of greenery to the area. The room is smallish but it is a boutique hotel. Bed and linens were comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciate having a bar and restaurant in the hotel and being able to get a hot coffee in the morning. The location is central to local shops and restaurants and Tube station (3 minute walk). I would definitely stay here again.
