It was a perfect property in the case of location. We had a private balcony with an ocean view which was perfect. However, there was no overhang on the deck, so if it rained even a little there was no coverage. Unfortunately there was no elevators which was horrible with all the luggage and coolers to bring in. And the room had zero accommodations when it came to eating. The fridge was in the bathroom, which was only up to my thigh, and it barely kept anything cool, and to make matters worse there was no freezer. We also had to bring our own coffe makers, and there was no microwave, let alone stove, or any kitchen appliances. The tv was small, and could only be viewed from to hard chairs in the far corner of the room. Overall the room was okay for sleeping, even though the walls were very thin. However, as a whole the hotel was very outdated, and the continental breakfast was a joke. It would have been nice to have an actual restaurant or bar attached, since there was no way to have food or beverages cold in the room. Overall, it was a nice experience because of the location, parking, and easy access to marginal cove, and main st. The view from our room was very nice, but only because of the privacy that the others occupants did not have. But the rooms accommodations was not worth the money spent.
