Horrible customer service. Front desk staff, argue with customers, call them names, extremely unprofessional, refuses to print receipts if you book through anyone but Hilton and if you book but pay at the facility through Expedia or hotels.com- they will call you stupid and tell you that the receipt has to come through Expedia. That is NOT correct. If you reserve through Expedia/Hotels.com but pay at the hotel- you can only get your receipt from the hotel! The front desk employee followed our party out of the hotel speaking derogatorily to us, calling us “wrong, you won’t listen, stupid, ignorant.” And this was the response to a request for a paper receipt! Worst customer service in all my years of traveling. Highly discourage this location!
