Amazing stay
This is a new hotel about 10 minutes drive from kotor bay. The hotel is exavtly as the pics. Warm recrption, friendly and helpful. Very close to Tiv airport and booking comes with free airport transfers to TIV. I had the penthouse and it was really nice with the Jacuzzi. Breaskfast was 5/10. Can be better but service was really good. Please change the coffee too bitter. I will definitely stay here again.

6/10 Good

Owners need to spend money to make great!
Having read the negative reviews, and after major noise problems at our previous hotel we booked last minute 8 days in the penthouse, room 61. We already had a hire car and chose this hotel because it was out of the way and we hoped it would be quiet. On arrival the young lad at reception was pleasant and showed us to our room. Our room appeared dated and smaller then we had expected. The toilet seat was hanging off, as was the skirting throughout the room. The parasole on balcony was broken and the jacuzzi had leaked a massive puddle over a third of the balcony. The young lad had the parasole and toilet fixed immediately and said as he was only actually the driver, he would put in a request with maintenance to fix the jacuzzi. The view from balcony was stunning. Reviews had complained that the kitchenette was not equipped with anything to make a meal. Indeed it wasn't so we purchased cutlery, crockery and a frying pan. The cleaners came every day and were friendly, if under resourced. The breakfast was passable and the staff were friendly. The saddest thing of all is that this hotel could be amazing if the owners actually paid for a manager, a maintenance person and a cleaning team. It is clearly under staffed. The pools need cleaning, walls, paintwork, bathrooms and outdoor areas need maintenance. In our room alone the skirting was detached from wall, extractor fan and toilet seat broken. The jacuzzi was never fixed, the sofa was stained and no soundproofing.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my husband. Hotel is in the middle of no-where so considered this when booking. Pros- clean, Maria at front desk was very helpful. Pictures are the same. Cons- the rest of the hotel staff were not very helpful (especially front desk), quite disorganised, we were promised a transfer to pick us up from the airport upon arrival and this did not happen. The rooms won’t be cleaned after 3pm. We had a broken toilet seat which was not replaced. Breakfast was not good, not many hot options to choose from, eggs were tasteless, coffee from the machine was very bitter, orange juice boxes were poured into a freshly squeezed orange machine (quite deceitful), breakfast room was full of flies and wasps which was very off putting ( maybe staff should close the doors to avoid insects coming in and surrounding the food). Overall the hotel has a lot of potential to be great but a lot of things need to be worked on

I stayed 6 nights and it is a pretty good place. They are still developing, but overall a good place to stay. The only thing is that the location is not really the best, you’d want to have a car. They do provide taxi service at their property, so I guess it works out. Most of the staff is really friendly and willing to help you out. I’d definitely stay here again because I’m sure there will be more improvements coming up.

We were unable to stay at this place. The address was incorrect, they did not reply to our emails, the phone number didn't work and we couldn't find it. We had to abandon the plan and start again.

Maria, Gloria, and Larissa were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and welcoming. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay, making us feel well taken care of with their prompt and excellent service. The hotel itself is great, having a stunning pool and modern rooms. The location is ideal, perfectly positioned between Tivat and Kotor. The hotel staff also goes above and beyond to assist with taxis and transportation, ensuring a smooth and quick process. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely plan to stay here again when I return.

We stayed at Montenegro Lodge for two weeks and had a lovely, relaxed time. Our experience aligned with most other reviews—overall great, but with some issues. Pros: Staff: Exceptionally friendly and helpful, always eager to assist with a smile despite long shifts during peak season. Hotel: New, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Our two-bedroom room had a sofa bed, accommodating up to six people. The kitchenette included a fridge and double hotplate. Breakfast: Excellent buffet with fresh pancakes, sausages, eggs, cereals, and plenty of fresh fruit and salads. The chef also made omelettes to order. Pools: Two clean and amazing pools the upper pool is larger, and the lower one slightly warmer. Cons: Kitchenette: Completely unequipped—no pots, pans, plates, glasses, or cutlery. We had to request a pan from the chef each time we wanted to cook, which had to be returned within two hours. This was disappointing. Staffing: The lack of staff was evident, leading to delays, uncleared tables, and occasionally dirty dishes piling up. The repetitive buffet breakfast became tiresome after two weeks. Recommendations: 1. More Staff: The current team is overworked, and management needs to hire more help. 2. Restaurant/Bar Manager: No system in place, with staff juggling all tasks instead of specialised roles. 3. Dishwasher: All dishes were washed by hand, leading to long waits for clean plates and cutlery. This is unhygienic and inefficient. Disability Access: Not well-suited.

Wasnt as nice as I had expected
The room was quite spacious, and one of the ladies at the front desk was very nice and Helpful. Parking was extremely tight it could be difficult. There was no extra toilet paper so I had to ask for some. On our second night I asked for a couple of extra bath towels and they gave us hand towels. So when I went down to the front desk to ask for a bath towel they said that they were out and gave me to use instead. The water pressure on the first night was incredibly low in the shower, and only one person out of my family of four was able to have hot water, the rest of us all took cold showers. From the ratings, I expected it to be a lot nicer. The location was nice. It was a bit off the beaten path and there is a fantastic restaurant nearby. The view from our balcony was beautiful, the pools were huge and looked nice, food service by the pool was slow.

Perfect spot for the Bay of Kotor
Perfect place to stay when visiting the Bay of Kotor. It was only a 5 minute drive from the airport and easy to get to Tivat and The Bay of Kotor, despite the terrible summer time traffic. Beautiful views over the bay and tucked away from busy nearby towns. The hotel was immaculate - so modern. Plenty of sun loungers, music around the pool and drinks could be ordered to the beds. €13 a bottle of Prosecco - so impressed! Breakfast included was OK, enough selection. Rooms were really modern and clean. Only thing to note - the car park is a bit of a nightmare. No marked spaces so people park everywhere. We came out at 6am to leave for the airport and were blocked in. 2 staff on reception came out and spent 20 mins helping us carefully manoeuvre to just about get out of the bay. Staff were so kind and would do anything to assist you, throughout the stay. We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel, within a 5 min transfer to airport
A pretty new hotel. Rooms were great, plenty of space, nice balcony & view across the two pools towards the airport. Also ideally placed for a short run to the airport and a nice restaurant (Cielo) within a 10 min walk. Hotel staff were very welcoming & helpful. Our room had a kitchenette (sink, fridge freezer and small hob) but there were not any cooking utensils, pans nor plates etc so redundant. Pool were very nice, albeit the grounds felt as if they were not quite finished.

Fabulous property with great panoramic views over the sea and bay. The approach road from/to Kotor is very narrow, very steep, and single track in most places but oddly busy so passing isnt simple. Once you arrive though the hotel is a delight

The property itself was decent but the food they offer for breakfast and anything else in the restaurant is beyond mediocre. It’s the worst offering I have ever seen, even the juice will be warm, the fruits are warm, the food itself undercooked. It was the WORST, I don’t even know how to express it.
