Beautiful hotel with high view of a park in a revine below. The beds were firm and bedding very comfortable. The restaurant is good but separate from hotel so no tabs to room. Everything in Xalapa is a challenge to drive to because of the topography and one-way streets. We recommend taxis! Our overall experience was wonderful. Good value for the money! Our friends stayed in the 3rd floor special room. It was a little more expensive but an amazing room!

They have no service on Mondays and they clause their restaurant very early and nobody cares to let you know. Cero idea of what service to clients means. Shame because the hotel is in a nice area

I have a big nose and it is very sensitive. I swear that every hotel could skip using all the cleaners and detergents for a week and the cleanliness would not suffer. And they would save money. My bathroom had a huge smell of some antiseptic cleaner. It spread to the entire room. I had to keep the bathroom door shut with the exhaust fan running. Also, the TV appears to only stream content. No broadcast channels The last person forgot to log out of Netflix and I could have used her subscription for free. There is a nightclub nearby and music played until very late. It prevented me from keeping the window open to take advantage of the cool night air. The facility is beautiful and the rooms large. The shower was huge with lots of hot water. Good location. Friendly English speaking staff This review is a lot negative but I would stay again.

Personal amable, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda. Cuentan con estacionamiento techado, las vistas al Parque de los Tecajetes son muy bonitas. Me tocó algo de ruido por la noche porque había un evento, por lo demás es una excelente opción para hospedarse.

Al día siguiente de que llegamos, mi hijo salió de la habitación a las 2:00 pm y cuando regresamos a las 8:30 pm no habían hecho la limpieza A regañadientes la señorita en la recepción me dijo que nos darian otra habitación después de tener cero empatía ante nuestra situación diciendo que nonera su culpa porque la política de limpieza (que no nos indicaron en ningún momento) era hasta las 3:00 pm
